The menu consists of a welcome drink,
traditional main meal, (e.g. Bobotie), rice, two traditional veggies, a variety
of salads, delicious home baked bread, followed by home made sweet, tea/
coffee.
Guests are able to relax and enjoy the ideal
environment under the trees in the tea garden and take advantage of the
opportunity to do birdwatching or to stroll through the small business stalls where entrepreneurs go about in either manufacture, design, sew their wares. Curios and crafts can also be baught at the curio shop. Hlabisa baskets and embroidered cards, hand made by the Fancy Stitch Group are most popular.
